Growforward is a community-led wellbeing ecosystem at Chelfham Mill — fifty acres in a UNESCO Biosphere valley, beneath a Grade II Listed Victorian viaduct, with the River Yeo running past the door.
We focus on the outcome, not the deficit. Where most organisations help people move away from harm, our work helps people move towards good — through nature, creativity, community, and the slow ordinary work of belonging.
The Crafty Café is open seven days a week. Sundown Songs runs every Friday evening. Ready, Set, Glow! launched in March. Easy Like Sunday Mornings, the orchard programme with the National Trust, choir, yoga, breathwork, and the wider practitioner ecosystem are all running. The riverside bistro, the women’s wellbeing programme, and the heritage and cultural strands are being built in alongside.
All of it sits inside a governed structure: an active CIC, a Foundation in registration, named safeguarding leadership, and a measurable approach to outcomes that funders and statutory partners can trust.
